The Emprise management team is comprised of highly experienced software executives and entrepreneurs with proven track records.

Neal M. Pollon
Mr. Pollon is the CEO of Emprise, where he directs the strategic positioning of the company. Mr. Pollon was co-founder and Vice Chairman of LEGENT Corporation, after having served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of its predecessor company, Duquesne Systems. From 1974 until 1991 under Mr. Pollon’s direction, Pittsburgh-based Duquesne Systems/LEGENT Corporation grew to one of the systems software industry’s largest public corporations with over 2,000 employees and revenue over $250 million.

Glen F. Chatfield
Mr. Chatfield is the Chairman and co-founder of Emprise and one of Pittsburgh’s most successful entrepreneurs. Mr. Chatfield served as Chief Executive Officer of Duquesne Systems, and spearheaded its IPO efforts in 1984. In 1989, Duquesne Systems merged to form LEGENT Corporation, and Mr. Chatfield became LEGENT Corporation’s CEO until he retired in 1990. At that time, LEGENT was one of the largest software companies in the world. LEGENT was later bought by Computer Associates for $2.1 billion in 1995. Mr. Chatfield is a general partner in the CEO Venture Fund and has served as a director of the Pittsburgh Technology Council from 1984 through 1997. He serves on the Board of Directors of several other high technology companies.

Sanford B. Ferguson
Mr. Ferguson is a Director of Emprise, involved in Emprise’s merger and acquisition activities. Mr. Ferguson has been a Partner for over 26 years at Kirkpatrick and Lockhart, one of the largest law firms in the United States, where his practice focuses on technology companies, business and financial planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Mr. Ferguson was President/COO and Director of Solutions Consulting, L.L.C., a leading CRM and ERP solutions company which was sold to Perot Systems in March 2000.

Susan H. Earley, CPA
Ms. Earley is the Chief Financial Officer of Emprise. Prior to Emprise, Ms. Earley was Controller at LEGENT, where she supervised all financial and SEC reporting, all general accounting functions, international (foreign subsidiary) accounting, and tax planning and compliance. She was also involved in merger and acquisition analyses, due diligence and the subsequent legal and accounting activities.
